Supplemental Feld Entertainment Privacy Policy Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018
Note – This supplemental privacy policy only applies to residents of California. All other terms and conditions regarding the use of personally identifiable information (PII) described in Feld Entertainment’s national Privacy Policy are still applicable.
Effective Date: February 8, 2024
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California consumers who provide personally identifiable information (PII) to Feld Entertainment or who may have provided such information during the last six (6) months are afforded certain rights. California consumers can exercise their rights under the CCPA by:
- Sending an email to privacy@feldinc.com which outlines which rights under CCPA you wish to exercise.
- Telephoning (833)-936-1698 and leaving a detailed message describing your data access request and contact information. Requests will be processed within the time allowed by CCPA. If you prefer to be updated on your request via return telephone call, please include your preferred phone number and times for such a call in your message.

Please note that any means of communication may, depending on your request, require the company to seek additional information from you to validate your request and verify your identity. The requested additional information will not be used for any other purpose other than that request or as permitted by applicable law.
Specifically, the CCPA allows California residents to submit the following data requests to Feld Entertainment:
- You may request the categories of information that the company possesses about you and with which third parties the company has shared that information for the last twelve (12) months.
- You may request a copy of the personal information the company holds about you.
- You have the right to correct personal information the company holds about you.
- You have the right to request that your information not be shared outside Feld Entertainment. Please note Feld Entertainment only shares your information with affiliated companies and does not sell customer information.
- You have the right to request that any data held by Feld Entertainment about you, regardless of source, be deleted. Your request will be logged and totaled with others we receive and will be reported via this privacy policy on an annual basis. By requesting your information be deleted, you will no longer receive information about upcoming Feld Entertainment productions, advance ticket availability or any other marketing communications.
In addition, please note that you have the right to opt out of receiving any future marketing communications from Feld Entertainment by contacting the company via the methods above or by clicking unsubscribe on any emails you receive from the company. You have the right to opt out at any time, and the company will not contact you to request you opt in for one year thereafter.
Feld Entertainment takes the privacy of our customers seriously. We value you as a customer and we will only use your information according to the terms and conditions described in the national privacy policy.

California Employee/Job Applicant Privacy and Subject Rights Notice
Effective Date: January 1, 2023
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Amendment (CPRA), imposes specific obligations on businesses processing personal information of California residents. Pursuant to the CCPA, Feld Entertainment Inc. (“Feld”, “company”, “we” or “us”) is required to provide employment applicants and current Feld employees who are California residents (“California Persons”) a notice at or before the point of collection of such personal information, that identifies the categories of personal information that may be collected and why Feld collects such information.
In addition, the CCPA confers certain rights on California Persons related to their job applicant or employee data. Those rights include:
Right to Access information the company holds about you, or inferences based on information you have provided, or the company has collected for other sources;
Right to Correct inaccurate information;
Right to Delete information to the extent permissible by law;
Right to Request that your information not be sold (Please note, Feld does not sell applicant or employee information and only shares information with service providers.);
Right to Limit the use of Sensitive Categories of information (as defined by the CCPA and implementing regulations).

1. Updates
This Notice will be updated at least once every twelve (12) months to reflect changes in our business, legal or regulatory obligations. Feld will not collect additional categories of your personal information or use your personal information already collected for additional purposes without providing you with a notice of our intent to do so. Information provided to Feld through its Careers webpage is only used to screen, evaluate and make employment determinations. Your personal information will not be sold or shared outside the scope of this notice. Only applicants offered employment will have their data shared with service providers contracted by the company (payroll processing, benefits administration, etc.)
2. Definitions
2.1 “Personal information” has the meaning as defined in the CCPA and includes information that is collected by Feld about you for employment related purposes and encompasses any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you.
2.2 “Process”, “processed” or “processing” means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal information, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of personal information.
2.3 “Employees”, “employee” or “you” means an identified or identifiable natural person who is a California resident and who is acting as a Feld job applicant, employee or contractor. In this context “job applicant” refers to any person who has submitted his or her employment application to Feld, either directly associated with an open position or to express general interest in future opportunities; “employee” refers to any person who is employed at Feld as a full-or part-time employee or temporary worker.
3. Personal Information We Collect About You
Listed below are the categories of personal information that Feld or its service provider(s) may process about job applicants and employees:
3.1 Personal Identifiers, including real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifiers, email address, social security number, driver’s license number, passport number or other similar identifiers. In this context, a “unique personal identifier” means a persistent identifier that can be used to recognize an applicant or employee, or a device that is linked to an applicant.
3.2 Characteristics of Protected Classifications Under California or Federal Law, may include the following: race, skin color, national origin (for employment verification and immigration requirements), COVID-19 vaccination status (as permitted), religion (if required for COVID vaccination accommodation), gender, gender identity, disability, military or veteran status and age.
3.3 Internet or Other Electronic Network Activity Information on Company-owned systems or devices, including browsing history, search history, application access location and information regarding an employee’s interaction with an internet website, application or advertisement, time and geolocation data related to use of an internet website, application or physical access to a Feld office location.
3.4 Professional or Employment-related Information, including previous employment information provided in a job application or resume; photos (if required); video or audio recordings submitted by you as a part of the application or audition process, employer contact information, personal references; or information captured from video, audio, systems, or other forms of monitoring or surveillance.
3.5 Education Information, including information about an applicants and where applicable employees educational background, such as education records, report cards, and transcripts that are not publicly available.
3.6 Inferences, including any information drawn from any of the personal information categories referenced above to create a profile about an applicant or employee reflecting the employee or applicant’s characteristics, psychological trends, preferences, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities and aptitudes.
4. Purposes for Collecting Your Personal Information
Feld collects the personal information identified in Section 3 above for the employment-related reasons listed below.
4.1 To Recruit Employees, including to conduct employment related background screening and checks.
4.2 To Administer Benefits, such as medical, dental, optical, commuter, and retirement benefits, including recording and processing eligibility of dependents, absence and leave monitoring, insurance and accident/workplace safety management.
4.3 To Pay Salaries and Reimburse for Expenses, including salary administration, hourly wage and overtime calculations for non-exempt employees, payroll management, payment of reimbursable business expenses and to administer other compensation related payments, including assigning amounts of bonus payments to individuals.
4.4 To Conduct Performance-Related Reviews, including performance appraisals, career planning, skills monitoring, job moves, promotions and staff re-structuring.
4.5 To Monitor Work-Related Licenses and Credentials, including provisioning software licenses for use in the course of an employee’s work-related responsibilities, ensuring compliance, training, examination and other requirements are met with applicable regulatory bodies.
4.6 To Provide Our Employees with Human Resources Management Services, including providing employee data maintenance and support services, administration of onboarding and separation of employment, approvals and authorization procedures, administration and handling of employee benefit claims, and travel administration.
4.7 To Administer International Assignments, including relocation services, documenting assignment terms and conditions, obtaining relevant immigration documents, initiating vendor services, fulfilling home/host country tax administration and filing obligations and addressing health requirements such as COVID vaccination requirements for entry.
4.8 To Maintain Your Contact Information, including personal email address and cellular telephone numbers.
4.9 To Assist You in Case of Emergency, including maintenance of contact details for you and your dependents in case of personal or business emergency.
4.10 To Monitor Eligibility to Work in the U.S., which means monitoring and ensuring compliance of applicant and employees’ ability to work in the U.S.
4.11 To Conduct Healthcare-Related Services, including conducting pre-employment and employment-related medical screenings for return-to-work processes and medical case management needs; determining medical suitability for particular tasks; identifying health needs of employees to plan and provide appropriate services, including operation of sickness policies and procedures; and providing guidance on fitness for travel and fitness for insurance benefit discounts (conducted by service providers as described above).
4.12 To Facilitate Better Working Environment, which includes conducting staff surveys, providing senior management information about other employees, and conducting training.
4.13 To Ensure a Safe and Efficient Working Environment, which includes Feld actions relating to disciplinary actions, and code of conduct processes and investigations.
4.14 To Maintain Security on Feld Systems and Websites, which includes hosting and maintenance of computer systems and infrastructure; management of Feld’s software and hardware computer assets; systems testing, such as development of new systems and end-user testing of computer systems; training; and monitoring email and Internet access on company-owned devices or systems.
4.15 To Comply with Applicable Law or Regulatory Requirements, such as legal (state and federal) and internal company reporting obligations, including headcount, management information, demographic and Health, Safety, Security and Environmental reporting.
5. Data Retention
Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we retain each category of your personal information for a period of one year.
