Consent to Electronic Communications

By agreeing to the terms of this Consent to Electronic Communications (“Consent”), you consent to Feld Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “FEI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) providing disclosures to you, communicating and otherwise conducting business with you electronically. You are also agreeing to use electronic records and signatures throughout the course of our relationship. You understand that your electronic signature will be binding the same as if you signed on paper. This Consent also applies to any permission you grant to us to send you text messages.

Communications

We may be required by law to give you certain information “in writing” or electronically with your informed consent. You agree that we may electronically provide, send, disclose, or communicate to you any such information and any other information relating to your relationship with us (“Communications”). Communications may include, without limitation, any agreement between you and us relating to our privacy policy and any other records, documents and further disclosures required by federal, state or local law or regulation. This includes, without limitation, disclosures given under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

You agree that Communications that we send electronically may be provided to you by email (which may include attachments), on our website, and/or by text message.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To view and retain Communications, you will need:

 A current version of an Internet browser that we support;

 A connection to the Internet;

 A device and operating system capable of supporting the items above; and

 A printer connected to your device to print disclosures/notices or sufficient hard

drive space available to save the information.

Updating Contact Information

We will rely on the contact information that you provide to us. Whenever you change your mobile number, you agree to notify us via email at [email protected].

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time. Any withdrawal will be effective only after we have a reasonable period of time to process your withdrawal request. No paper copies of Communications are available.  To withdraw consent to electronic communications, please contact [email protected].  FEI encourages you to save all the Communications that you receive.
