Feld Entertainment New Zealand Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs all websites, web properties (e.g., widgets and applications) and mobile applications (collectively the “Site”) owned and controlled by Feld Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“FEI” “we,” or “us”) used in New Zealand. This Privacy Policy specifies the types of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), as defined below, that we gather while you are visiting the Site, as well as ways in which we process and disseminate such PII.

Your privacy is important to us. We comply with the Privacy Act of 2020. We may update or revise this Privacy Policy and you can find the most current version on our website or obtain a copy from our Privacy Officer (see contact information below).

How is your personal information collected?
Feld Entertainment collects your data through the use of website(s), when you purchase a ticket to a Feld Entertainment production during ticket pre-sale periods and if you choose to provide us with your information for marketing communication purposes, either directly or via a ticketing platform.  In addition, our ticketing partners will provide us your information if you have opt-ed in.

What personal information does Feld Entertainment collect, and why?

The types of personal information we collect will vary depending on your preferences, for example if you sign up to receive notifications about upcoming Feld Entertainment productions coming to New Zealand, or if you purchase tickets to a Feld Entertainment production during a pre-sale period. This information may include:

    • name, address and other contact details such as your telephone number;
    • email address;
    • transaction details relating to your use of our products and services; and
    • any information you choose to share directly with us.

Unless you tell us otherwise, Feld Entertainment will use personal information about you for marketing and research purposes. if you no longer want to receive marketing communications you can contact us at any time as well as use the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of all marketing communications.

 

How is personal information used and disclosed?

Feld Entertainment will use your information to contact you about upcoming productions in New Zealand.  Our ticketing partners will also use your information to provide you information about changes to show times, cancellations and related event information. We will also use your information to fulfill any consumer product exchanges or returns, if necessary. Feld Entertainment will only share your information with service providers, processors or contractors who are expected to maintain the same level of privacy and data security we apply to all consumer information in our care. Please note your data may be transferred from New Zealand to the United States but you can still exercise all your rights under the Privacy Act by contacting us (see below).

Will personal information be given to anyone else?

Feld Entertainment does not sell personal information but as disclosed above, we may share your information with service providers. We may de-identify your data, and that of other customers for research or other legal/compliance purposes as required under New Zealand law.

Your right to Access, Correct and Delete your data

Under the Privacy Act you have a right to access the information Feld Entertainment has about you. You also have the right correct information about you, which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You can also request that we delete all the data we hold about you, unless it is required for a regulatory or legal compliance reason as described in the Privacy Act.  You can exercise this right by contacting our Privacy Officer via the contact information provided below. We will work to comply with your request within 21 days but may ask you for additional information to verify your identity.
