By agreeing to the terms of this Consent to Electronic Communications (\u201cConsent\u201d), you consent to Feld Entertainment, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, \u201cFEI,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d) providing disclosures to you, communicating and otherwise conducting business with you electronically. You are also agreeing to use electronic records and signatures throughout the course of our relationship. You understand that your electronic signature will be binding the same as if you signed on paper. This Consent also applies to any permission you grant to us to send you text messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
